Bill Liu, Vice President and General Manager of China Business of Western Digital, responsible for the promotion and customer development of data storage products and solutions in China (Internet service providers, data centers, smart-phones, autonomous driving and Internet of Things equipment Manufacturers) as well as ecological partners support. He is committed to promoting new data storage architectures and solutions to help end users cope with the business and technical needs of cloud computing, big data, AI, and 5G and the IoTs.
Bill Liu used to be the general manager of Intel China's online business department, responsible for the development, construction and operation of Intel's B2B digital marketing platform, carrying out digital marketing of Intel's full range of products and businesses, innovative business development and online support. Bill has also been responsible for distribution and retail channels, as well as OEM and Internet service providers. He has worked for Intel's product group at the US headquarters for nearly 10 years.
Bill owns an undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University, and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and Columbia University.
