Simon Pei, male, born on December 20, 1964, bachelor of physics department, Wuhan university. Now serves as vice-president and CTO of Shenzhen Refond Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd. Engaged in the LED industry for more than 30 years, applied for many patents, participated in the national and local project review and standard evaluation of semiconductor lighting for many times, published papers on the LED media platform and won the LED award; Participated in and undertook many national, provincial and municipal science and technology projects, and made significant contributions to the semiconductor lighting industry. In 2016, he won the second prize of national science and technology invention and the first prize of National Ministry of Education.
